Agreement
In order to adequately assess the best strategy for accomplishing a homeowner’s remodeling goals it is important to fully analyze and understand the deficiencies they find in their existing home. Better attention to detail during the initial stages of project design leads to more efficient project delivery and cost control, but it takes a good deal of time and effort. Before williams-BUILDER will begin this initial design phase, we ask the client to enter into a “designBUILD Agreement” which, for a nominal fee, offers the client the following services:
- Perform a Feasibility Study
- Define Scope of Work
- Survey Existing Conditions & Create Schematic Designs
- Provide Concept Estimate
- Finalize Design & Selections
- Provide Contract Pricing & Detailed Specifications
